Globe tolerates field technician not giving updates, and giving false claim that there is an outage. ![]() Many technical support of globe are incompetent.In fact they already realized that, and told me ‘ Yes Sir there is no outaage in your area, you are the only one affected this case is isolated‘. Its very frustrating because I know for a fact that there is none. I already explained many times that our problem is isolated but every time I call 211 to ask why we still don’t have connection they keep on saying that there is network issue on our area.So I have to call again to ask for site visit. And what make it more frustrating is that they closed ticket w/o confirming if connection was restored. Site visit scheduled more than 5 times but technician doesn’t show up and didn’t gave any feedback why they didn’t came.I have spoken to more than 30 tech support and 5 persons from Retention dept already, but none of them actually help me or at least shed some light regarding the cause of the issue and why they can’t fix it.But now very unhappy for the very poor service and support of globe. My first year is wonderful, I am very satisfied with the service. I am globe subscriber for more than a year now.
